-The metal hook is not included ( any metal ceiling hook of your choice is suitable)
-Machine wash up to 30°/40°C
-Total length of the cocoon swing is 180cm

Amazing customer service! I messaged asking for a colour they didn’t have pictured on the website, the company was fast to respond with a photo of the colour I wanted, which I was so pleased about, I had been hunting for days prior to this because I wanted a specific colour, delivery was tracked and super fast considering it’s hand made, the company also gave me a message the day before delivery to let me know that it’ll be here the following day, I’ve recommended to a few people and also my local SEN page and would highly recommend everyone wanting to purchase one of these, my daughter opened it Christmas Day and it’s by far her favourite present, my daughter has autism and sensory processing disorder and this is already working wonders with her regulation!!
