I'VE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Check your inbox! You'll receive an email confirming your order and your order number. A second email when your order is complete and shipped with your tracking information and tracking link to check the progress during transit.

We will also be in touch to let you know the delivery day.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, the order will be process the same day or the next working day.

Then the dispatch time is between 2 to 4 working days.

The delivery time varies depending on the country. Usually, the delivery takes between 3 to 6 working days.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

— The item shouldn't have been used in any way
— The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
— The return is made within 7 days of the return request

Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges but the item can be return to us following the return conditions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellations as most of the items are handmade to order.
